Our product quality and workmanship ensures you will receive a high-quality product. If the finished product is considerably different from what is pictured, incorrect, incomplete, damaged, mis-sized or defected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to citycrownapparel@yahoo.com with a photo and description of the issue, along with your order number. 

Upon verification, we'll happily replace and ship the item to you at no additional cost. You don't have to ship the damaged item back to us. Discard it, repurpose it, give it to your favorite charity, give it to your dog for a chew toy. To provide the best pricing and quality possible for our customers, our return policy is limited to replacement of defective and damaged products as descried above.
